Apprentices
Earn while you learn!
Are you interested in an apprenticeship in Interior Systems?
Our apprentices receive hands on training on the job, and technical training in the classroom.
An apprenticeship takes 5400 hours to complete. During this time, apprentices complete two blocks of 8 weeks of classroom training. The remainder of the apprenticeship is spent learning on the job.
Why choose a Union sponsored apprenticeship?
Not only do we ensure our apprentices are paid a fair wage to learn on the job, with Local 2041 as your sponsor, we ensure you receive access to benefits like pension and health coverage.
In addition, Ontario’s Unionized ICI construction workers are safer. Our apprentices have access to the most up to date safety training, ensuring our members have the skills required for productive and safe worksites.
In order to be considered for our apprentice program, candidates must have completed a grade 10 education.
